Raspberry and Coconut Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

These are a special treat for a raspberry loving buddy of mine. Delicious light as air Raspberry and Coconut Cupcakes with Cream Cheese frosting and hand made pink sugar daisies to decorate. Finished off with toasted coconut shavings make these cupcakes pretty as a picture.
