Gluten free for Morning Tea

One of my lovely gluten intolerant customers ordered a couple of Cherry Blossom Cupcake boxes to take to a morning tea with the girls. I whipped up her usual favourite, Flourless Orange Cupcakes with Citrus Buttercream Frosting topped with a handmade sugar petunia and also made her a box of Gluten Free Coconut and Raspberry Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting topped with toasted coconut flakes and a handmade sugar daisy. She will definitely be very popular when she turns up with these goodies!

these are so pretty! the presentation is just gorgeous as well. i love that you make your cupcakes gluten-free, i've been wanting to try that. i make mine dairy-free!
